Cayuga Ducklings - Day Old
Due to the perishable nature of live animals and fertile eggs, all live animal and egg sales are final. We have a zero-return policy once shipped, picked up, or delivered. If transportation is set up by the buyer there will be no refund porvided once ducklings leave our care. If shipping is selected, we offer a 100% live upon arrival guarantee and we offer refunds or credit for perished ducklings. The 100% live upon arrival guarantee will be void under 2 circumstances:
1. If ducklings are at the post office for more than two hours once notified for pick up.
2. If you didn't notify us for problems with your order via email by 10 PM of the day of arrival.
Once notified via email we will respond within 24 hours. If for any reason we are unable to fill the complete order we will issue a 100% refund if the minimum shipping quantity cannont be met or a partial refund for the unavailable items at the buyers discretion.
